I have become so amazed at how simple web sites can be to work with, after having been told for years and years, how difficult it is to make a website, and one that works!

Not So, I find. I am a Great Nana almost 73 and virtually self taught.

I had to learn how to put the html language together before I could work out how people made these sites.

I don’t remember there being a WordPress site in those days. There may well have been one, but I certainly never knew anything about it.

Thankfully some lovely people put all these html, php’s, perl’s and my Sql’s etc together and I am now able to build web sites. Plus have fun doing it.

It wasn’t that way originally because it took me 3 solid weeks of study before I realised how html worked. That is truly the biggest learning curve I have ever had in my life. I was okay in school until we left Primary school and went to high school.
Then I found I had no idea how to do geometry, algebra, trigonometry, logarithms, science, it all left me totally confused, so maybe you can understand how much it took to stay with it and “GET” html into my head and be able to work it.

My husband reapirs computers, but he still has no idea how html works, so of course I feel one up on that one. however, when it comes to the inside of a computer he runs rings around me.

It would take me years to learn what he knows about the inside of a computer.

Over the years I have come across some fantastic people who I am glad to say are still my friends online even though we may never have met in the flesh. They are people who have taken it upon themselves to help me master this mind-boggling piece of “furniture” that we seem to all have in our homes now-adays.

I am not speaking about these things to sound as though I am some great “woman” who conquered “Everest” or something like that. No, I am only pointing this out so that folks can realize that although there are many obstacles along the road of life, a great deal of them can be overcome if we really try.

I am certain Darryl Graham, our CEO, must have wondered many times how he was ever going to get through the next day of his life.

I had the awesome priviledge of reading his Life Story some years ago, shortly after I 1st joined his Web Business called ISORegister.com. Because of what he had put together I began my “business ” online. Since then I have re-read that Life Story of his. What an amazing man he is. If you do nothing else at least read this true story. It will give you a new enthusiasm for life.

However, like so many of us who don’t quite realise that there is almost as much work in putting an online business together as there is in an offline business.
The word “Work” is VERY important in online business, because if you don’t put in the work how do you ever expect anyone to know you are actually building a business which will in time be a fabulous way of living.

That is because you will learn many shortcuts over the months when you are setting everything in order, and that will then allow you to live the kind of lifestyle which you want.

You will literally be able to go on a holiday and know that you are still earning from your business because you set it up correctly.

You used all the correct tools and did it exactly as was explained or taught you by word or Video.

Auto-Responders, Ad-Trackers, Free Training, some of the least expensive Traffic online, Free Conference training 5 days a week if desired, Squeeze page setup when you 1st join up. too many things to mention here. Much better for you to go and join and see exactly how exciting building your own business really can be.
It took me many years to really settle down and realize that what Darryl had shown me in ISOR was a really choice business.

I had gotten into an area of chasing those silly programs like matrixs and doublers and all sorts of crazy “get rich quick” schemes. Each time a new one came along I would thing to myself, this one has to be better because they will have learnt from the failure of the last one. I had no idea that millions of people never even knew about them let alone worked them!!

I look back sometimes in disgust at myself and realize how much money I literally threw away back then.

However I was blessed one day by accidently coming across a new site which Darryl was about to launch. Apparently I must have been still on one of his email lists. I was never one to do much tidying of lists or anything, I just clicked them into the trash box!! Talk about lazy!!

It’s not a nice world out there now, not like it used to be. However, as we grow our business we can choose where we go and what we see. That is the beauty of building your business and then making sure it is capable of continuing when you are not there.
You take your laptop and head out to some of those wonderful places you’ve only dreamed about, and Wow! what a time you have. Then you return home and find there is still plenty of funds available to pay for all those bits and pieces you bought while on holiday.

These things really can happen! But YOU MUST apply the “WORK” word first. Nothing else will get it for you.
